DFM describes the process of designing or engineering a product in order to facilitate the manufacturing process in order to reduce its manufacturing costs. Our works allow potential problems to be fixed in the design phase which is the least expensive place to address them.

Low volume production is a good choice as you can lower tooling costs, improve cash folow, shorten time to production, avoid import costs or hassles, and have enough quanties to try the market while waiting production tooling to be finished.

For us, low volume production translates into product quanties that are less than 500 pcs, and it usually happens in following senarios: replace the parts no longer in production, run pilot test after prototyping, ensure faster to market, etc.

For product quanties bigger than 500 pcs, or mass production of a product is certain, other manufacturing processes are advisable so as to achieve better product quality and lower unit product cost.
